Considering the current growing challenges of the World, we make every effort to be
a company responsible for the environment through the actions we introduce. For many years, we have been undertaking initiatives aimed at improving our activity in such a way that it becomes more environmentally friendly. We are sure that sustainable and responsible development of the enterprise is the correct model on which to base business.

Shaping pro-ecological awareness among our employees and business partners is very important for us.  We want to encourage our Suppliers to act in accordance with our approach this is why we created:

Among activities to protect the environment and sustainable development are those connected with:

SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT

We pay particular attention to the use of controlled sources of raw materials for the production of folding boxes and leaflets, Intrograf is FSC®-certified. 

SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING

We are constantly introducing more sustainable production solutions such as :

• heaters with heat exchanger from printing machines which results in heating recovery and greenhouse gas emission reduction
• production planning in a way that minimizes the consumption of materials for the initial setting of the process
• innovative printing technique CMYKOGV with high influence on limitation of waste released to the environment
• certified-proven recipients of production waste
• ecological solutions:  solar panels, carports, electric car, Garden of Intrograf

CULTURE

We are always able to go beyond the usual patterns, which is why the Intrograf Gallery project was created. The first exhibition took place in April 2022, when the art of an outstanding artist from Lublin, Leszek Mądzik, was performed.

It was the first this type exhibition in Poland, where visitors could commune with art in a working factory. The production cycle thus became a part of works depicting the workings of passing time.

Our mission is to prove that there are no inaccessible places for art. That is why we are planning more events in this series.

Intrograf is the Accessibility Partner of the Old Theatre in Lublin. Thanks to our support, many cultural events are translated into Polish sign language.

Thanks to this initiative, deaf people are not excluded from participating in theatrical events and can become the recipients of culture and art.

Since 2006, together with Vena Art, we have been creating a particularly important initiative, which is Bene Meritus Terrae Lublinensi. The jury of this competition honors people of particular merit for the Lublin region - artists, social activists, representatives of the world of science and business.

SPORT

We care about the health and physical condition of our employees. That is why we have had our Intrograf Running Team for many years. Our runners are provided with organizational facilities, starter packages and specialized sport clothes during the running events.

We also proudly support:

• Speedway Motor Lublin – Polish Champion in the 2022 season.
• Cycling Club Ziemia Darłowska, whose participants represent Poland on the international arena, e.g. at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
• ZTS Sokół in Lublin, whose participants represented Poland at the European Youth Championships.

CSR

For many years Intrograf have been engaged in The City of Lublin’s project called „Entrepreneurial Kids”. This project aims at developing such skills among children, which are going to be highly demanded on the job market and will pursue the development of the children’s career in the future. We also could not miss the „Entrepreneurial Youth” project, where together with young people we work on expanding environmental awareness among our Business Partners.

In cooperation with The City of Lublin, entrepreneurs from the Lublin Special Economic Zone and students from Lublin universities, we have created the concept of greening the Special Economic Zone. Taking care of the surroundings of the Special Economic Zone and having in mind the Lublin inhabitants’ well-being, we implemented the project transforming the areas that are adjacent to the factories into leisure areas. The good of our surroundings and the natural environment is our priority!

We cannot forget about the support for our employees from Ukraine. We have prepared a number of aid packages for them and their families. We show support and we respond to emerging needs with commitment. Our employees have repeatedly shown that we are one big family that can count on mutual help.
