Project Title: Development of design activities in Intrograf-Lublin SA

Project Value: 142 680,00 PLN

Co-financing value: 98 600,00 PLN

Project Aim: Increasing the company’s competitiveness by increasing its potential in the design management field and growth in the use of design in business activity, which results in the implementation of new products on the market.

Expected Effects: Defining design problems, determining the importance and hierarchy of problems, indicating the possibility of solving problems, differentiation the company’s products from the competition offer, adapting products to customer requirements, increasing sales and brand recognition, expansion of the plant, purchase of machines enabling the production of new/modified products , automation of the packaging process, a new ERP class system enabling integration with customers' ERP systems, implementation of a CRM system, automation of order submission and handling processes, export development, implementation of a production planning system.

Project Title: Implementation of B+R works’ outcomes through the production activation of specially secured cartons dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry

Project Aim: Implementation of B+R works conducted to Petitioner order through the production activation of specially secured cartons dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry

Expected Effects: Specially secured cardboard packaging dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry in which the following solutions inaccessible at international market have been applied: Luminescent Component which does not affect the registered packaging sample, utility and appearance; does not require change of packaging construction, new processes /materials implementation and does not generate costs. The packaging is indistinguishable from the other ones from the public level, the components sort is known only by the producer which significantly hinders the counterfeit. The applied components are visible exclusively in UV light during irradiation with strictly precised wavelength.
